About Brooke

Therapy with me is a judgment-free zone.

I look at the whole person. That means I take into consideration your present circumstances, your past, your goals for the future, your physical health and wellness, as well as your mental well being. That is why I’m trained in both art therapy and EMDR therapy, methods that move beyond just “talking” so that you can connect with parts of yourself that are often hidden.

Together we’ll solve problems creatively, whether that’s with EMDR, art therapy, or another strategy. Rest assured that as a therapist, I seek to think outside the box, rather than to make you fit into a box that doesn’t work for you.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I’m creative, compassionate and most importantly, ready to meet you exactly where you are right now. I see authenticity (on both the therapist and client's part!) as the window into the soul. That shared authenticity helps me to meet my clients in their pain and in their truth, so that the pain can actually turn to healing.

My goal for you is that after we meet, you are able to see yourself from a more positive space and excited to continue in therapy.
